The whole place was tidy, I loved it, and had very good staff and food. The bathroom was luxury & the bedroom was great. Location adjacent to lakes, Cockermouth, cafe. Good reception.

Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable experience, I would recommend it. The location was prime, the public spaces were reasonably clean and the staff was helpful. The outdoor restaurant was clean, they served outstanding food.

Very pleasant stay in a lovely little hotel. Breakfast was tasty, the bed was comfy, the staff were more than helpful. The room was newly decorated, featured complimentary WiFi, air conditioner and terrace.

We loved it, its food and staff. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Owner was friendly. 10 minutes' walk to the bus stop.
